  • 1 60-minute supportive group coaching zoom call / month.
  • 15-minute Q & A sessions via phone or zoom.

Tier 3

  • Introduction - An onboarding process - Questionnaire plus a 45-minute zoom call. 
  • Added to the mailing list for news and upcoming events. 
  • 6 One on One 45-minute private / individualized coaching sessions via zoom or in person with children, teens, young adults, and / or parents.
  • Customized whole body wellness plans.
  • Priority access to events and retreats (early bird registration, plus a 10% discount).
  • Available access to private forum type groups.

Private coaching sessions

Meet with an integrative wellness coach privately.  Sessions can occur in person (depending on location) or via zoom.  

Retreats

TBD

There will be a 2- or 3-day retreat, held annually in different locations throughout the year nationally or internationally for children / teenagers, parents and caregivers.  


Retreats will focus on age specific mental / emotional wellness activities dependent upon age.  There will be breakout sessions, fun activities, and more.  (visit the "retreat" page for more info).


Geographical location will be considered each year as the location will change. 



Workshops

There will be 4-hour workshops held each year that are intended to be full of education, networking, and connecting.  The information is guaranteed to be innovative, resourceful, and advantageous.  As there will be speakers, breakout sessions, question / answer period; as well as provided resources.  



Customized Wellness Plans

Customized plans are tailored to the specific age of the person including mental, emotional, and physical wellness while focusing on the individualized integration of the person.
